Microsoft wants their Silver Xbox Live members to enjoy the gold life. So for a limited time they’re offering their Silver members a month of Gold membership for $1.

This is great news for Xbox 360 owners who have yet to try out the benefits of being a Gold member. The downside is that they will have to count the days to make sure that they don’t hit the full month mark and get charged for a full year’s worth of service. But hey, it’s not a bad deal overall.

Interested Silver members can find the offer on their dashboard’s Spotlight channel, but remember: Limited time only.
