2dboy started their Birthday celebration by letting gamers pay what they want for the game ‘World of Goo’, which was the games anniversary also. As of now 2dboy announced that they will be extending the offer till October 25 because of the ‘huge success’ they have with it.

The ‘huge success’ they talking about is from the data they collected of what people paid for and why they paid that amount. 2dboy tracked what people actually paid for the game and also the reason for what they offer for the game and made a data chart for everybody to see. Looking at the chart it was amazing that the longer the offer was out the higher the amount people paid for it. While most gamers paid .01 cent there were some that actually paid up to $50 dollars for the game (*cough*shame on you for that penny).

Check out their site Here for the rest of the data and also if you haven’t picked up the game.
