All violent games may be banned in Germany

Violent video games may come to an end in Germany, the minsters have agreed yesterday to ban the development and distrubution of all violent video games. The law is set to go through parliament in the new few weeks.
A ban would be a huge hit and impact on majority of the gamers as they’ll be losing many many popular titles including Call of Duty, God of War, Crysis, GTA and we can only imagine how many other games there will be. Developers and publishers will also be taking a big loss considering how many hardcore players there are in German.
The law is set due to go into effect in September. Sixteen states have gathered in a conference in Bremerhaven in which they’ve agreed to ban all the violent video games. According to Chip Online, the minister of the interior of Lower Saxony stated, “Violent games lower the inhibition level for real violence and spree killers always played such games before they did the crime.”
