BioWare Confirmed Celebrity Voice for Mass Effect 2

Bioware and Electronic Arts announced that ‘Mass Effect 2′ will be voiced by a group of celebrities.
“Emotionally engaging narrative is a key design pillar for BioWare, and the top-notch voice talent in Mass Effect 2 helps drive this goal,” said Dr. Ray Muzyka, co-founder, BioWare and Group General Manager of the RPG/MMO Group of EA. “Credible, powerful personalities are vital to delivering a compelling story experience in BioWare’s games, and we have assembled an amazing ensemble cast that surpasses the very high bar set in the original Mass Effect!”
The cast includes:
- Martin Sheen – Illusive Man
- Shohreh Aghdashloo – Admiral Shala’Raan vas Tonbay
- Seth Green – Joker
- Yvonne Strahovski – Miranda Lawson
- Adam Baldwin – Kal ‘Reegar
- Keith David – Admiral David Anderson
- Michael Dorn – Gatatog Uvenk
- Tricia Helfer – EDI
- Michael Hogan – Captain Bailey
- Carrie-Anne Moss – Aria T’Loak
- Simon Templeman – Han Gerrel
Mass Effect 2 will be available on January 26, 2010 and will be released for the PC and Xbox 360.
Such a awesome cast! I can not wait to hear Martin Sheen voicing as Illusive Man.
