Blizzard Release New Details & Images for Barbarian Class in Diablo III

Blizzard is being generous lately with their release of the FAQ for ‘Starcraft II Beta’ and now a whole detailed background story and a batch of new images for the Barbarian class in ‘Diablo III’. Also, there are some videos of the Barbarian moves such as Cleave, Ground Stomp, Leap, Seismic Slam, and one of my favorite moves the Whirlwind. Ah, that brings back those cow level days when you just sit back and watch your Barbarian spin into a mob of Cows.
Well to be honest here, it definitely feels like Blizzard likes to torment us with these teasers here and there, since nobody has a damn clue when the game will be release. However, I’ll be too busy with Starcraft II by the time Diablo III is out (who I’m kidding I’ll get both).

@mo2 where are you seeing warcraft influence? the character concept pics or the gameplay pics? the gameplay looks like 3rd person point and click diablo to me. As for the character concepts, it’s a fantasy game, there’s only so many ways to draw them so there are bound to be similarities. But, the only ones i see are big muscles and big weapons hardly unique to warcraft.
Looks just like Torchlight! And just like in Torchlight, there’s no necromancer…
Witch Doc looks to be a good stand in for Necro, but who is anyone kidding, I know I’m going to be monk, just like everyone who’s seen the vid.
