Capcom PSP RPG Team Filled With A-Listers

So, who’s better? Capcom or Konami? If you had asked me that way back before Silent Hill 4 I would have said Konami, but these days Capcom is where it’s at.

Last Ranker looks to be next on the list of Capcom’s memorable titles, and it’s for more than one good reason.

The game’s scenario is being written up by Kazuhige Nojima, cowriter of Final Fantasy VII and man behind Final Fantasy X. Next is Tatsuya Yoshikawa, the Devil May Cry 4 character designer.

Continuing on, the music composer is Yoko Shimomura. Shimomura composed the music for Parasite Eve and Final Fantasy Versus XIII. And the producer? Kazuya Niinou, the producer behind Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney.

This is a whole medley of talents from all across the gaming industry coming together in one big PSP title. There’s almost no way Last Ranker could go wrong, but stranger things have happened. Knock on wood.
