Controller Too Heavy? No Problem!
April 17, 2009 by srfto

IKEA has released a new gaming chair called the Jesper (only available in stores). With retro-like style, the Jesper is designed to give gamers a helping hand while holding a console controller.
At first glance, one might think a gamer is to sit with his back on the backrest, but the backrest is not a backrest at all. Instead, a player is to face the “backrest”, sit on the lower portion straddling his legs on either side, and rest his hands on top while holding that pesky, heavy controller. Take care not to fall though – the Jesper sits 26 inches tall.

The Jesper is only available with a white bench so be careful not to spill your soda. However, the cover is removable and machine washable in case you decide to use it as a napkin. For a mere $69.99, the IKEA Jesper can be yours. Get rid of those tired, weak arms; bring on the back problems!
