Details and Images on Super Street Fighter IV

Capcom had announced that there will be a huge update with more content added to Street Fighter IV, thus naming it Super Street Fighter IV.

The add-on will feature a whopping 8 new characters added to the roster. Already, there are leaked images which you can check out below of T.Hawk, Dee Jay, and a new character called Juri. However, it is not certain that these characters will stay on the list and if Capcom will add more to the new addition of characters.

Besides new addition of characters, it will also feature more balance tweaking to the game, new ultra combos added to existing characters, and improved online play by adding a enhancement feature which is yet to be announced.

A lot of rumors about the game had already been settled by Producer Yoshinori Ono, who sat down with GameSpot for an interview. One of the popular rumor about Super Street Fighter 4 being a DLC was shut down by Ono, when said that the add on will be in a form of a disc instead of DLC. He explained that this was due to the fact that SFIV was not coded to have expansion added to the game. He also added that the expansion is too huge to be supported by SFIV.

Yoshinori Ono did however point out that owners of the original Street Fighter IV will receive bonuses if they plan to upgrade by buying the new game. The expansion is said to be released next Spring of 2010 for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and the PC.
