Force Design announce new Jaguar game – Mad Bodies
May 6, 2009 by srfto

Force Design have just announced that they’re taking orders for Mad Bodies. For the uninitiated, Mad Bodies is an Atari Jaguar game with similarities to “Breakout” with shoot em up attributes. The team behind it spent a virtually unprecedented period of 6 years on the game during their spare time. Which, is mighty impressive given the fact the Atari Jaguar had been discontinued for a full eight years when they commenced the work.
Mad Bodies features 10 action packed stages, digital speech, power ups and weapons and a somewhat hilarious, self aware plotline.
“Mad Bodies puts the player in the midst of the Dark Knight Games tournament hosted by Dave Vapourware. The battle takes place over 10 stages, and with an arsenal of multiple weapons and power-ups, the player fights to take out The Graphics Man and prevent his ultimate rule of the universe.”
The game has been priced at $80, which at first seems ridiculous, until you consider the other titles you’ll be buying this year…Every copy includes a plastic clamshell casing, color cartridge label and a sleek, stunning black and white instruction booklet.

Hi folks,
Just a correction….we dont do pre-order.
There never was pre-order…they are orders
being shipped and many are already playing.
We don’t take money/orders until we have an actual
product to ship you. That is our policy.
So when we announce, you can pay and order.
They are going fast but we will have more
as long as there is a demand(and bulk find
Jaguar cart shells.)
Thank sincerely,
Steve
