Guitar Hero 5 ‘Roadie Battle Mode’

Guitar Hero 5 surprisingly has a new mode only for the Wii and DS which is called Roadie Battle Mode. It lets the other players assist the guitar players by playing mini-games such as unscrewing the amps or using the soundboard. The mode is used on the Nintendo DS, using the DS download play which will connect to the Wii and lets you play the mode using the stylus on the Nintendo DS.

This mode is actually pretty fun when the game gets harder and more frantic. You can also sabotage your opponent by messing with their equipment. Best part is you can also wreck the guitar too by opening it’s case and snapping the strings off. However, I can tell there will be a lot of quarreling on whether the Roadie was sucking or the Guitarist sucking when the player loses, but all in all it is a refreshing and very fun game mode add-on to the Guitar Hero series.
