Hentai Game ‘Rape Victims’ Ask Players Not To Sue

Over the year we had a major legal battle with ‘Hentai’ game developers and retailers, since the time when someone was caught selling ‘Rapelay’ on Amazon. This eventually led to Japan banning the whole ‘hentai’ genre, of course, this would not last. Since then, developers for ‘hentai SIM games’ found loopholes around this and one developer company found a very creative way to not get sued.
Soft House Chara is the company that made ‘Shinobi Ryuu’, which is a new hentai game that features ‘rape’ as the main focus of the story. Well, SHC clearly knew what was going on with the whole sensitive issue dealing with hentai sim games so they put out a disclaimer in the game, so players can’t not complain or sue them.
This is a declaration made with the consensus of all the characters that appear in this story.
All the characters appearing in this game have gone through special training and all actions carried out are done on the basis of mutual agreement.
Even if you’re a inhuman person who believes that fictional characters in creative works do not have human rights, please do not ignore this.
We also thank all the kind people who see a character in the story saying phrases such as “help me” and take it as a real call for help.
However, even though you are worrying for the characters in the story, these are all lines spoken from a script.
They are not saying all this from the bottom of their hearts. We are sorry that they have put in so much effort into their acting that some people will confuse it as something that is really happening.
This game is a fictional story.
SHC even went to the lengths of having the ‘rape victims’ in the game read out a funny dialogue making fun that the game is all fiction and they are just acting (good idea). Pretty funny dialogue.
