Illidan Sculptor Working on Another Masterpiece
An amateur sculptor named Jason Babler who earlier this year gained a bit of Internet fame for his impressive sculpture of Warcraft anti-hero/villain Illidan Stormrage is working on a new project. Once again he’s using a Blizzard creature as his inspiration. This time, he’s modeling a hideous looking bad guy from the upcoming Blizzard title Diablo III, a zombie creature called the Unburied.
It’s apparently an abomination created from the bodies dumped into mass graves, so as you might imagine, it ain’t too pretty. However, Babler’s work is superb, especially when you consider that he’s not a professional and only does this project in his spare time. Even if you’re not interested in Diablo 3 or in sculpture, it’s definitely worth a look.
Hopefully, Baal from Diablo 2 will be on his list.
