Inside Scoop on the New Legend of Zelda
July 5, 2009 by srfto

Hey all Nintendo fans, have you heard the inside scoop on the new Zelda? If you recall, Miyamoto had, during a closed door round table event at E3, made a passing mention about the development on the next Zelda game for the Nintendo Wii. Later on, Miyamoto talked about the future of Legend of Zelda for the Nintendo Wii. He wanted to let people know that Nintendo is working on it, and to prove that he showed off a piece of concept art. At that time (early June 2009), this was secret information. Now, the art has been made public and that’s the picture you see alongside in our picture.
Do you notice the white Zora looking creature? The rumor floating around is that it’s the Master Sword in living form. That’s an interesting theory, and the crystal on the creature’s chest definitely looks like the one set inside the Master Sword.
If you are also a regular reader of Nintendo Power, the July issue, which has hit the stands, has an interesting twist. Apparently, Miyamoto has made another statement concerning the development of Zelda. The statement appears in the latest issue of Nintendo Power, so you can double check its validity.
When asked about the New Legend of Zelda announced in E3, Miyamoto is reported to have said “I don’t think it’s going to be that radically different.”
The question is, again, what about the crystal on the creature’s chest? Is it the Master Sword? Isn’t that radically different?
Well guys, you take your bet on what is “radically different” and I’ll, as usual, keep my fingers crossed.
