Lara Croft is Back in ‘Lara Croft and The Guardian of Light’

Square Enix announced today that Crystal Dynamics is already developing the next Tomb Raider game, which is titled ‘Lara Croft and The Guardian of Light’.

This actually bother me a bit when Square Enix announced that they will be dropping the name ‘Tomb Raider’, but I guess they must had thought the new games should come out with a new name and what better name to take over ‘Tomb Raider’ than the starlette herself.

‘Lara Croft and The Guardian of Light’ will be released as a downloadable game, instead of a full release. Crystal Dynamic’s Darrell Gallagher had this to say about the new game, “something completely new and very different to what people might be expecting”. It will be release later this year and probably more details will surface soon.
