The details on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Hardened Edition has been leaked and it appears to include a one year membership to the new Call of Duty Elite service.

Wired reported that they had received a photo of an advertisement from UK for the Hardened Edition of Modern Warfare 3 and the ad list out all the goodies inside the premium edition.

The ad say it will include the following:

• Unique Disc Art
• One year membership to Call of Duty Elite service
• Founder Status
• Exclusive In-game emblem, player card, camouflage, clan XP boost and other exclusive benefits
• Animated Timeline Theme for PlayStation Network
• Special Ops Juggernaut Xbox Live Outfit
• Limited-edition field journal with more than 100 pages of “authentic military sketches, diagrams and written entries

This edition seem like it will most likely be a little less of $100 or you can get it free if you attend the Call of Duty XP convention.
