LucasArts Re-releasing Monkey Island on Xbox

The German USK rating board has revealed LucasArts will be re-releasing Monkey Island adventure game. Speculation seem to point to it as a download for Xbox 360 XBLA. Also, the game title will be called ‘Secret of Monkey Island – Special Edition’.

 

No word yet if the special edition will have new features or it will just stay the same.  Either way I’m excited to see this game being remade so younger generation can experience the fun I had with this game. The good old days when games actually entertained with humor and good inside-jokes of pop culture.
