Nintendo just announced that Mario Kart will be releasing on the Nintendo 3DS.

Mario Kart will feature all your favorite characters from previous Mario Kart series and will let players customize their vehicles with different parts. It will also feature a underwater level and characters will act differently towards each other during the entire race.
