According to the mega US retailers Amazon
and GameStop, Max Payne 3 is due for launch on December 1, 2011.

No official words from Rockstar Games regarding the release but Amazon has claimed the date was “changed by the publisher.”

The dates Dec 1 and Dec 31 dates are generally placeholders for an actual date, but either way, it looks like it’ll be coming to the PS3, 360 and PC at the end of this year.
