Microsoft Quits Toying with Microsoft Originals

One of the many interesting things a gamer could do on Xbox Live was purchase original Microsoft games and download them onto their Xbox harddrive. Only a few games had been made available since it’s release and sadly only one more will ever have a chance of legally being in a gamer’s system. Speculations on the game? Halo 2

Microsoft decided it was time to stop having the originals available for download and has decided to focus on downloading new 360 games instead, a feature available this August. While some of the Xbox originals games were overpriced there were a selection of games that were worth it, such as Fable and Halo. However, there were also a lot of games fans were hoping to see such as Conker.

Really only time will tell if this was a wise decision. With the Xbox originals games being harder to find in stores, especially some of the widely loved classics, gamers may want to download these games while they can.
