Microsoft just sent out emails to thank all the participant in the Beta for Gears of War 3.

In the email, Beta players received free desktop wallpapers and target practice posters that can be printed out. Some Beta testers still did not receive the email yet, so we provided a link at the bottom from Kotaku for those that want to download the images.
