New Borderlands DLC Announced – Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot

Yeps, we all knew the next DLC was just around the corner when the trophies were leaked. Another clue was when the Zombie Island DLC was released for PC.

The second DLC announced today is called “Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot” and will be available on December 29 on XBL, January 7 on PSN and sometime later for the PC. Much love to PC gamers eh? The cost of the DLC will be the same as the previous one, a whopping $9.99 or whatever MS points that translates into.

The add-on will support both singleplayer and co-op with 3 new Riot Mode arenas, a new bank feature for you to store all your extra loot and additionally, the ability to acquire 2 additional skill points as quest rewards. The bank feature and 2 skill point seems really nice but not sure how much fun will come out of 3 arenas considering I’ve yet to spend much time in there as of now.
