Rock Band’s tracklist just keeps growing, and next week songs from the Warped Tour and the band Maroon 5 are hitting PSN and the XBL Marketplace. How they keep dishing out the money for the rights to so many songs is a mystery (black magic?) but the constant updates are always welcome, as long as there’s money in the bank.

Warped Tour Pack ($8.49/620 MS Points, or $1.99/160 MS Points per track)
A Day to Remember – “The Downfall of Us All”
Bad Religion – “21st Century Digital Boy”
Chiodos – “I Didn’t Say I Was Powerful, I Said I Was a Wizard”
Escape the Fate – “The Flood”
Underoath – “Reinventing Your Exit”

Maroon 5 three-pack ($5.49/440 MS Points, or $1.99/160 MS Points per track)
“Little of Your Time”
“Makes Me Wonder”
“Wake Up Call”

The inclusion of Maroon 5 songs is kind of confusing. Are they rock? Only if you’re some sort of bum hipster. But the inclusion of “I Didn’t Say I Was Powerful, I Said I Was a Wizard” in the Warped Tour pack makes up for it.

The XBL Marketplace will be getting the tracks on Tuesday, while PS3 owners will have to wait it out until Thursday.

Glad to see that Rock Band launched the Warped Tour series of downloadable packs with some great tunes. Bad Religion is always classic, and it’s awesome that they included “I Didn’t Say I Was Powerful, I Said I Was A Wizard” by Chiodos…really great guitar groove, it’s my favorite Chiodos song for sure.
