Plants vs. Zombies Shuffling to Other Platforms

There is no excuse to not have played Plants vs. Zombies yet. Unless your computer happens to run about as slow as a.. well, zombie. But you’re in luck: PopCap Games is bringing the horribly addicting tower defense to other platforms.

PopCap Games’ Garth Chouteau broke the news of Plants vs. Zombies’ multiplatform future in an interview with kombo.com. The game seems to be a natural choice for porting to other platforms, especially considering how high the sales were for the PC.

He also hinted that they are working on Wii titles, which is a first for the company. They have primarily focused on the PC, iPhone, Xbox LIVE, and Playstation Network platforms in the past.

My only hope is for more modes — the PC version had a ton already, but you can never have too many ways to kill a zombie.
