PlayOn App Comes to the Nintendo Wii

MediaMall Technologie’s PlayOn video streaming application is finally released for the Nintendo Wii, this will complete their release for all major gaming consoles. The program lets console owners to stream Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and a few other online streaming video sites from your computer to your Wii that is connected into your TV.

If you have a PLAYSTATION 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Moxi HD DVR, NETGEAR ITV2000, HP MediaSmart TV, or other DLNA-compliant device, PlayOn lets you watch Netflix, Hulu, CBS, YouTube, CNN, ESPN and more on your TV. And, if that isn’t reason enough to check it out, PlayOn also enables you to enjoy your local PC media files with its newly released local media sharing feature (currently in beta). You can see all your digital photos, listen to your stored music, and watch videos stored on your PC through the same PlayOn Digital Media Server.
