Sony’s PlayStation Store has gone offline for almost a month now due to the attack on the PlayStation Network, finally a date has been revealed on the reopening.

The PlayStation Store will be returning and opened for business on May 24 according to an email to Gamasutra from PSN content manager Jack Osorno. Content previously scheduled for before the closure will go live and will attempt to catch up with any further updates.

Their current plans are to double their typical weekly updates, with content coming in on May 27, May 31 and June 3.

Sony also plan to make their “Welcome Back” content available as soon as the PlayStation Store comes back online.
