Red Steel 2 – first trailer, up and then down

Where did this sneek peak come from? Nobody knows. What we do actually know is that — had been uploaded to YouTube, but was taken down after only a day. The video was roughly a minute-and-a-half and talked of the game’s Wii MotionPlus-infused gameplay and shows a guy (we liked to dub him “Joe Gamer”) hacking away in his living room as some amazingly excellent looking gameplay footage is put in front of our eyes.

We say “amazingly” because it looks like the image is much sharper than Wii’s 480p visuals are supposed to be capable of. It is very smooth, which is good to see because of the game’s purported 60 frames-per-second action. Pre-rendered or not, we totally dig the visual style, Ubisoft. What a tease Ubisoft… Put that video back up please!
