Sega Announced ‘Project Needlemouse’ is ‘Sonic 4′ Yey!

Sega revealed last night that their secret project called ‘Project Needlemouse’ was in fact actually the new ‘Sonic the Hedgehog 4′. No, we not talking about the slow Sonic that does other things instead of running, this Sonic will be true the original. Yup meaning running at super sonic speed and destroying everything in his path.

Sonic the Hedgehog 4 will be available for WiiWare, PlayStation Network, and Xbox Live Arcade. No details when it will be release yet, but they already have the website setup and also a teaser trailer out. Finally, a true sequel to the game that I love when I was growing up (still praying for that Sega console =X..).
