Sony Being Sued a Whopping 55 Times for PSN Being Hacked

It has been reported by on of Sony’s insurance firms that Sony is currently dealing with 55 class-action suit because of the recent hacking of Sony’s PSN.

The number of cases was revealed recently by one of the insurance firm, Zurich, because they claim that the policy did not cover “digital attacks”. The policy stated that it will only cover “bodily injury, property damage or personal and advertising injury.”, but none of the cases has any of these claims.

Zurich is now refusing to pay off the class-action law suits against Sony and is trying to file in court to relieve them from paying off these class-action lawsuits.
