Sony New Terms of Service Changes Are Backed Up By the US Supreme Court

This new change will not let consumers sue Sony as a group, but “will be conducted only on an individual basis”. Sony knows well that it will cost a lot more for one person to sue them than a group coming together, which will work in Sony favor.
