Blizzard just announce that they will be setting a deadline for all World of Warcraft players to merge their accounts over to Battle.net. This will be a mandatory process for every player in the game and will be integrated with future games also.

Blizzard revealed many new details on Battle.net and StarCraft 2 at BlizzCon today. Some features includes the “Real ID” system, achievements, avatars and even a StarCraft 2 Marketplace.

This is to no surprise but I’ve expected this to have been made much earlier. The famous Hitler memes at it with Blizzard’s no lan for Starcraft 2.
