441,400 Wii MotionPlus Devices Sold in June

Nintendo has reported that it sold in June almost half a million units of the Wii MotionPlus device bundled with ‘Wii Sports Resort’ in Japan. Over here in the States already there were 169,000 units of Wii MotionPlus sold alone in June without the unreleased ‘Wii Sports Resort’.
Red Steel 2 Again Mixing Swordplay and Gunplay

So, Red Steel 2 will basically do most of the same things the first game did. It has a very Asian-influenced style, and it once again combines the use of both swords and guns via the Wii’s motion controls.

At this day and age with the recession hitting us hard you would think businesses would lower their prices to encourage us consumers to spend our valued dollars, think again. Gamestop thinks otherwise, they’ve just recently raised their price on the Wii MotionPlus.

Gamestop screwing their customers? Never! At least in a perfect world. Game retailer Gamestop has added just another way to prey on the ignorant: A $24.99 pricetag for the Wii Motion Plus peripheral.
