Xbox 360 System Update Now Live

The Xbox 360 system update (aka Dash update) revealed at E3 is now live and will be available to all Xbox LIVE members over the course of a few hours. You may not be prompted to download immediately but will eventually available.

The Xbox 360 has Netflix, the Wii is getting CinemaNow in Japan this October, so what about the Playstation 3? Nothing’s on the horizon yet for Sony’s console, but their televisions are getting Netflix come this fall.

Netflix had announced over one million Xbox Live subscribers had activated Netflix on their consoles. Recently, there is a rumor that Netflix might be targeting other systems as well, since it worked so well for the Xbox.
