The Wii needs some love according Nielsen
April 8, 2009 by Ruibo

Some reports the Nielsen group can show sometimes really amazes me, in this case however, its not much of a surprise but they’re confirming that Wii users spends less time on their console among the 3 major platforms.
The Wii owners use their console 6.8 percent of the total time they could have used it. Edge says that this measurement time is from December 2008. In comparison, the Xbox 360 and PS3 have average user percentages of 10.2 and 10.6 respectively.
Additionally, the report also indicates the average time per session as well average usage days and much more. The chart below shows some of the data reported. For more on the report, click here. It makes me wonder, do you Wii users regret picking up that system and wish you had a PS3 or Xbox?
