Nintendo is currently investigating on a video review on a Nokia blog post that is showing the Nokia N900 smart phone playing a emulator. The phone in the video show that it was playing Super Mario World and Super Mario Bros. 3 on a emulator without Nintendo permission.

Nintendo UK PR manager Robert Saunders told EdgeOnline that the company was unaware of Nokia’s apparent move, “We take rigorous steps to protect our IP and our legal team will examine this to determine if any infringement has taken place.”

The video tell the viewer that there is a bunch of emulators you can download and play on the N900. However, the games that are being played on the phone with these emulators are pretty much illegal to download. Forget about being discreet anymore Nokia, might as well link us to the places to get these games to download (I still want the phone *drool*).

Check out the video after the jump.
