ZOMG EyePet!

Now that there are actual videos that display all of what people can do with their EyePet on the PS3, it’s almost impossible to believe. The interaction possibilities between people and the most adorable monkey ever appear to be endless. Everything that the EyeToy can see becomes the EyePet’s surroundings, including people. Players will actually be able to pet the EyePet and take care of the EyePet as if it was in the room with them.
Of course there’s normal pet care items such as virtual food, toys, and clothes that are already fixed into the game, but that’s not all. There are also a large selection of minigames to play with the EyePet and gamers can even try to beat high scores. And that’s still not all. With the use of magic card, which is how you select items and examine the monkey, players can even create their own items to use with the EyePet. A simple drawing can turn into anything and will actually come alive in the virtual world. It’s really amazing.
Besides all the cool things players can do, the EyePet really just looks great. The expressions that the monkey makes never stop being cute and it’s animations are flawless. Even watching it catch food in it’s mouth will have everyone saying “awww.”
Lucky for us this game is being released in the U.S. and Europe, but not in the immediate future. In the meantime, this video of insane technology and cuteness should hold people over.
